Sheila Jenkins
President, Network Health Plan
Sheila Jenkins is currently President of Network Health Plan, a division of Affinity Health System providing a suite of comprehensive health care insurance products. Sheila guides the overall strategic growth and performance of Network Health Plan with service to more than 90,000 lives in Northeast Wisconsin.
Sheila is a certified public accountant and has more than 20 years of experience in health care administration. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Marketing and Planning for Affinity Health System, a role she assumed in 1999.
Prior to joining Affinity, Sheila served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Humility of Mary Health Partners in Youngstown, Ohio, a large, integrated health delivery network.
Among her many accomplishments, Sheila directed the legal, regulatory, financial and information systems requirements necessary to merge two hospital-based health care organizations in Ohio. Since joining Affinity, Sheila has helped guide Network Health plan to a position ranked among the top 6 percent of health plans nationwide.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marietta College and received her certified public accountant license in 1980.
Sheila plays an active role in Future Neenah, Neenah Rotary, Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services, Inc. for Winnebago County, Wisconsin Association of Health Plans and Wisconsin Quality Initiative Steering Committee.
