Timothy Loch
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Affinity Medical Group
Timothy Loch joined Affinity Medical Group as senior vice president and chief operating officer in November 2008. Loch is responsible for the leadership and administrative direction of the medical group. He collaborates with the board of directors, physician leadership and senior management to develop and implement the organization’s mission, goals and strategic direction, as well as financial and operational plans and systems.
Previously, Loch served as vice president of professional practices for Medcenter One Health Systems/Q & R Clinic in Bismarck, N.D., where his responsibilities included planning and directing operational functions of the clinic, physician recruitment as well as physician compensation and benefit plans.
Prior to joining the Q & R Clinic in 2002, Loch was administrator of the Bone & Joint Center in Bismarck. He also served as the vice president of operations for the Meridia Health System in Cleveland, Ohio.
Loch earned his Executive MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland, Ohio and has been a CPA since 1987. He attended Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Accounting.
