MENASHA, Wis.- Affinity Health System announces the promotion of Deb Cross, RN, BSN to director of Affinity NurseDirect/Population Health. Cross will also continue in her role as director of Emergency Management, where she is responsible for Affinity’s disaster preparedness. She has been in this role since February 2010.
Cross will be responsible for Affinity NurseDirect and its population health functions, the Centralized Call Center, Life Span and Lifeline.
Cross has held a number of positions within Affinity since she joined the team in 1990. These roles include nurse supervisor and manager of clinical operations for various Affinity Medical Group clinics and Urgent Care.
Cross has worked in a number of collaborative roles, including co-leader of the Affinity Incident Command Team and representative on the Affinity Incident Command Team.
