High School Student Volunteer Scholarship
The Mercy Medical Center Volunteer Organization annually provides one student volunteer a $500 scholarship to be applied toward his or her continuing education at an accredited college, university or technical school. This scholarship is awarded to the high school senior with the highest number of volunteer hours who is a current volunteer of Mercy Medical Center in good standing. No application is necessary.
University of Wisconsin Oshkosh School of Nursing Scholarships
The Volunteer Organization awards three $1,000 scholarships each year to three UW Oshkosh students enrolled in the School of Nursing at UW Oshkosh. Mercy School of Radiology Scholarships
The Volunteer Organization awards three $1,000 scholarships each year to three students enrolled in the Mercy School of Radiology program. The Natalie Kate Bolin Mercy Student Volunteer Scholarship
The Natalie Bolin family has created a fund through Mercy Health Foundation, named the Natalie Kate Bolin Forever Fund. Within the fund, Mary-Jo, Natalie’s mother and her sisters Ashley, Stephanie, and Leah Bolin, created the Natalie Kate Bolin Mercy Student Volunteer Scholarship to honor Natalie’s beautiful spirit and life. Natalie was a Mercy Medical Center student volunteer who passed away in a car accident last February. She was a 16-year-old student at Oshkosh West High School who volunteered in the area of errands since 2007. She was a dedicated volunteer who donated 153 hours of her time to Mercy.
Criteria for the scholarship are as follows: the student must be a Mercy Medical Center Volunteer, a senior graduating from Oshkosh West High School, with the highest amount of volunteer hours in good standing. No application is necessary.
Scholarship funding is provided by the Mercy Medical Center Volunteer Organization through its fundraising programs and other donations.
